Daily vocal warm-ups

Five minutes a day beats one heroic session a week. A simple routine:
- Lip trills on slow 5-note scales.
- Hums up and down a 5-note scale.
- 'Mum-mum-mum' on a triad.
- Tongue twisters for diction (red leather, yellow leather).
- Cool down: descending 'oo' slides at the end of any session.
